Can we do consultations without payment?Omni Proclaim Affairs staffs highly trained and certified Event Planning Managers w/ 20 years combined experience. At times, there will be promotional opportunities that you can find throughout the Omni Proclaim Affairs website. Otherwise, we will not hold consultations until a consultation is booked and a deposit is paid to confirm booking,

Can a Consultation be longer than 1-hour?Yes, at initial booking, you may request a 1, 2, or 3 hour (Max) consultation. This will allow for Omni Proclaim Affairs to block off additional time to meet your consultation needs.

Are consultations virtually only?Yes, we love to put a face with a voice. Even if you cannot turn on your camera for whatever reason(s), all consultations are completed via Google Meet. It is not mandatory that you turn on your camera, however, Google Meet is mandatory, as this is Omni Proclaims Choice of completing consultations.

Do you provide additional consultations after the initial consultations?Yes, depending on your type of consultation. For example, our wedding packages include additional mandatory consultations. If you need more time to decide, you are always welcomed to book additional consultations.

What is the process to book and confirm a consultation?You may start the process of booking a consultation by visiting www.omniproclaim.com. You can select services from the Home Page or Menu Bar or your may select "Book Consultation" in the footer of the Omni Proclaim Affairs website. Once you find the service(s) you're seeking, you would then move forward to book the date and time on the Booking Calendar. After you confirm your date and time, the next process is to pay for your deposit for your initial consultation. Once your deposit is paid your consultation is confirmed. You will receive two (2) emails initially that will confirm you have booked. the first email will be your session details and the second email will be a thank you email for booking. You will receive a third (3) email and this is the most important! The final email will come from your consultant who will provide the following information: Your confirmed booking date and time - your google meet virtual link - and a few questions to have answered before the consultation as well as an invoice to make your final payment before the consultation begins.

How many people can participant in the consultation?You may have as many people participate in the consultation that is needed for your Event. Please advise your consultant before hand so that additional links can be sent out via email to join the consultation.

My consultation was canceled because I missed the final payment. How do I pay remaining consultation balance?You will receive an invoice in the final email received from Omni Proclaim Affairs after your first two confirmation emails. You will have up to 3 hours to pay for you final balance remaining for your consultation. If you do not pay that final amount 3 hours prior to start time the system will cancel the booking and you will have to reschedule. On the day of, our consultants will send a reminder via email and/or text, to make your payment no later than 3 hours before consultation start time.

Do I have to pay a deposit if I pay my Event Package off in Full?No, If you are paying in full then there is no deposit required. Deposit are for consultations and installment payment options only.

What are installment payments and how does it work?That is a staple for Event bookings at Omni Proclaim Affairs. We provide options for our relationships (customers) the ability to participate in fun and exciting Events based on YOUR budget. Installment payments will allow for you to place a deposit on any Event and pay it off over time before the deadline date. Omni Proclaim Affairs will take the package out of inventory for you so that no one can purchase the package! All Installments payments must have a deposit to hold package and are non-refundable. For each event, there will always be an installment button that will guide you through the process to start your Installment payment(s). All installment payments have to be confirmed by an Omni Proclaim Affairs consultant.

How do I receive my tickets to the Event?Omni Proclaim Affairs operates in the will-call format. This means you will receive your physical tickets in person at the designated will-call location, and there are no exceptions to this rule. This prevents fraud and unauthorized use of transactions. It also helps you as the relationship, (customer), as well to prevent lost tickets before any activity within an Event Package. We will never mail or send virtually your tickets to any event. You may, at times, receive confirmation numbers for events, however, keep in mind that it is not your actual ticket!

What is will-call? and Omni Proclaim Affairs will-call process?Omni Proclaim Affairs uses and operates in the traditional will-call format. "Will call refers to a method of delivery for purchased items where the customer picks up the items at the seller's place of business, primarily in United States commerce. It may also refer to the department within a business where goods are staged for customer pick up." Our will call process is as follows: Our will-call location is always the primary Host Hotel identified in any Event Package. Our host hotels are mainly aligned with the VIP Packages. Will-Call is mostly presented on Fridays (or the first day of the Event Weekend which could also by Thursday or any other day of the week depending on Event) from the timeframe of 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Customers must provide their US Government ID: DL - State ID - Passport, etc. to confirm they are the individuals who made the purchase. * <note> Failure to produce US Government ID will prevent your package pick up at will-call. NO Exceptions! * <note> If multiple parties are paying on a package(s) then ALL parties must show their US Government ID NO Exceptions! If one party fails to show ID that could prevent the entire party from picking up their packages. 4. Customers must provide their payment card that was used to make payment to purchase their package(s). No Exceptions! * <note> If you used multiple cards to process payment then "all cards" are required to be present during will-call INCLUDING all Expired cards! No exceptions! Failure to present will result in you not being able to pick up your package(s). * <note> If multiple parties are paying on a package(s) then ALL parties must show their payment cards. No Exceptions! or risk failure to pick up your packages. * <note> If you happen to lose your payment card(s) prior to the Event weekend we do have a process to verify with your financial institution to be able to confirm your card ownership and this is the ONLY way to retrieve packages in the case of a lost/stolen card! *<note> If you are paying for a package for a loved one then you MUST contact Omni Proclaim Affairs to complete the Credit Card Authorization Process before purchasing any package. No Exceptions! 5. A copy of items above will be processed for Omni Proclaim to receive a copy - and for you to receive a copy. 6. Your package details will be laid out before you: Your tickets - itinerary - thank you items - etc. 7. You will sign your confirmation form indicating that you have successfully received your package and all items.

What If I am late for will-call or my arriving is post the will-call timeframe?It is YOUR responsibility to advise Omni Proclaim Affairs that you will not be able to make it to the designated will-call window. Failure to do so will prevent you from obtaining your packages for any Event Weekend. You must submit in writing to omniproclaim@thewarpa.com no later than 48 hours of your reasoning for missing will-call so that appropriate steps can be taken to ensure you receive your items.

Can I book packages for multiple people?Yes, You may book packages for multiple people. Some events may be 21 and older so you must ensure that each member that you're booking for meets the Event guidelines especially concerning will-call. It is also beneficial to have a "master payment" opposed to having multiple individuals paying on one packaged account.

I lost my ticket to an Activity during Event weekend can I still attend?You may or you may not. We advise that after will-call you place your tickets in a secure place to prevent lost/stolen items. When we provide you with your tickets at will-call you become solely responsible for your tickets. We can make a Good Faith effort to reach out to the vendors to see if there is a way that you are allowed entrance to any activity, however, the chances are very slim as most of the time a "Physical ticket" and not just a "confirmation number" is required for entry.

Can you help with Travel and Lodging for an Event Weekend?Yes, most of our Event packages will include both travel & lodging and at times either/or.

Can I cancel my Installment payment and receive a refund?When you are paying via installment payments all payments (including deposits) are non-refundable. When you're selecting installment payments you agree to the installment policy that says as much. In addition, the policy states that you can receive a 25% credit of the amount that you have paid towards a package and roll-it over into another Event or the same Event for the next calendar year. When you are selecting the Installment payment option you allow Omni Proclaim Affairs to act in Good Faith trust that we can remove a package from inventory to allow you to purchase over time. We expect that Good Faith action to be reciprocated by following through with your installment payments.

What is Credit Rule 25?We understand that unfortunate, and untimely events can happen however, because we take pay towards or in full for your package(s) our vendors, most of the time, have non-refundable clauses. Because of this, and if you have to cancel the Event for any reason, then you can receive a 25% credit that can be rolled over into any other Event or Activity that Omni Proclaim Affairs presents.

Are deposits refundable?No, all deposits and sales are final!

If you do not allow for cancellations then what about an Act of God?This is the ONLY measure that full refunds are provided. We demand and achieve Force Majeure clauses in every contract with our Vendors!!! Personal circumstances does NOT constitute Force Majeure.
