First up, we have Installment Payments - because who doesn't love a little financial romance? You can spread the love by breaking down your ticket packages and access passes into 3, 5, or 7, easy payments. Simply check out the ticket options, hit that installment link, and get cozy with our Event consultants to plan out your payment schedule. A mere $35 deposit per person will set the wheels in motion for your epic weekend ahead. Please allow up to 24-hours after completing your installment registration to be contacted by a consultant as the installment setup is invoice based. Next up, we have Direct Pay Now - because who has time to wait? With this option, you can snag your tickets and packages instantly, no waiting necessary! You'll get your ticket receipts pronto, so make sure to hold onto those like they're the winning lottery numbers. For packages and access passes, hang onto that receipt for dear life as you'll need it to score your physical tickets at will-call. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel bookings for the upcoming event are reserved at the esteemed Host Hotel, Staybridge Suites. Guests are reminded that the final payment date to secure their accommodations in full is July 10, 2025. For added convenience, installment payments are also available for those who prefer a more gradual approach to payment. First Installment payments must begin no later than 5/23/25 and the deposit covers lodging and ticket passes. Attendees have several room options to choose from: a 1 King Bed Studio Suite, accommodating up to two guests; a 1 Bedroom Suite featuring two Queen Beds, suitable for up to four individuals; or a spacious 2 Bedroom Suite that includes one King Bed and two Queen Beds, with a maximum occupancy of six guests. Detailed information regarding hotel features and pricing will be provided below for your consideration.
